With 26 years of elite sales and management experience and an MS in Organizational Leadership, Joshua is the rare combination of visionary strategist and hands-on clinical expert that this industry simply doesn't produce very often. He holds a minor in both Biology and Psychology, giving him an edge that's equal parts science and human intuition, and it shows in every patient outcome he touches.
His career reads like a highlight reel. In 1999, Joshua launched the Georgia division of FISI from the ground up and built it into a dominant force in the state's banking supply industry. When he pivoted to compression in 2013, the industry didn't know what was coming. He joined a world leader in compression garment manufacturing and rapidly distinguished himself as someone who doesn't just sell solutions, he finds them, often before anyone else realizes there's a problem.
For over 13 years, Joshua has operated at the national level in Wound Care and Lymphedema, becoming a trusted authority for therapists and patients dealing with venous insufficiency, venous stasis ulcers, and lymphatic swelling, and Lipedema. He is a certified fitter who has personally compressed every body part, not as a technicality, but because he insists on knowing exactly what his patients experience.
